Terms and Conditions
- Terms are booked in 10 weekly lesson blocks, according to the state school terms.
- Fees are to be paid within 7 days of receipt of account or a late fee will apply. There is an initial Admin Fee of $20 which gives you access to the Rhapsodaisy Music online and a Rhapsodaisy Booklet per term.
- Payment is made in full for each term.
- Enrolments are automatically rolled over to the next term unless a cancellation is received in writing 2 weeks before.
MISSED LESSONS
- There are no refunds for missed lessons.
- If the teacher is unavailable the missed lessons will either be made-up or taken off the next term’s account.
- If your teacher is away a substitute teacher may take the lesson. They have up to date information about your progress from your usual teacher.
- There are no lessons offered on Public Holidays.
- Lessons are suspended if your account falls into arrears.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once the term has commenced a student is required to attend until the end of the term. We need 14 days notice for cancellation of remaining lessons booked for the current term. You will be refunded the amount of the remainder of the term on the last official lesson day.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rhapsodaisy Music reserves the right to change any/all of these terms and conditions as necessary.
